Shipping policy

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. All orders are packed with care and dispatched quickly so your kids can get moving in their new Outplay gear.

Order Processing

We ship all orders within 1 working day where possible.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you by email.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be sent the next working day.

Delivery Services

We use New Zealand Couriers for all deliveries.
Once your parcel has been collected, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $99

  • NZ Residential & Business: $9.95 (1–3 working days)

  • NZ Rural: $15.95 (3–5 working days)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

International Shipping

At this stage, we offer flat-rate shipping within New Zealand only.
